GAE-Sahel is a non-governmental organization (NGO) working for community development. GAE-Sahel was created as an association on September 15, 2000 according to receipt No. 61 CB of May 15, 2002 Bougouni.

It was set up as an NGO on July 23, 2003 from the framework agreement N ° 01760 dated July 23, 2003 which was renewed under N ° 0061/01760 of December 10, 2007 by the Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralized Communities to certify its operationality in the field. It is apolitical, secular and non-profit. It is based on the principles of participation, equality and freedom of expression. It is a multidisciplinary community support team made up of women and men. It is stable, dynamic and committed to the development of disadvantaged groups GAE-Sahel's mission is to bring positive, significant and lasting change in the lives of disadvantaged groups, in particular women, children and young people through concrete and sustainable actions. Its vision is the promotion of social well-being, especially of women, children and young people through the emergence of solidarity and self-managed groups. GAE-Sahel intervenes in:
